These perfectly proportioned chopping boards are hand made from hardwood (either thick ash, beech or oak)) and are made in the perfect Greek philosopher’s favoured proportions of the Golden Ratio. The branded logo shows the geometric construction used when drawing a golden ratio rectangle.
The boards have been treated with pure olive oil and are food safe. They should be re-oiled regularly, and should not be left soaking in water.
Currently in stock are small oak boards, good for butter, cheese, or fruit chopping
Dimensions approximately 170 x 120 x 35 mm.
Other sizes can be made to order- the longest one so far was about 400mm long!
