These perfectly proportioned chopping boards are hand made from 40 mm thick ash (hardwood) and are made in the perfect Greek philosopher’s favoured proportions of the Golden Ratio. The branded logo shows the geometric construction used when drawing a golden ratio rectangle.
The boards have been treated with pure olive oil and are food safe. They should be re-oiled regularly, and must not be left soaking in water.
