The Sledge Chair

In summer you need garden chairs, but in winter you don’t (usually).

In winter you need sledges, but in summer you don’t (hopefully).

So here’s the dual-purpose solution to this conundrum of seasonal storage.

The sledge chair is a low-level garden seat that allows you to sit upright or recline depending on where you set the sledge tow rope.

When you want to sledge it you lay it flat and clip the over-centre latches to lock it in this setting.

Made from locally grown larch, stainless steel screws and treated with Danish Oil, it is comfortable, attractive,and durable.
