These are great when used with the Seascape Sketch Pad. They are very portable, and also keep the Seascape Sketch Pad flat. They fit into most day sacks and satchels quite easily. When you get to your art destination you simply wheech the board and pad out of your bag, rest it on your knees, and begin sketching.
The bungee bands are adjustable for tension. The dimensions are approximately 475 x 130mm.
The MDF boards are easily rested against the steering wheel of a (stationary!) car. This means you can sit out in the countryside in comfort, away from the midges and the rain to sketch or paint the landscape from the driving seat.
Here it is, in place on my steering wheel, using the NEW drawing board hanger! The hanger can hold your board at up to 3 different levels on your steering wheel, depending on the wheel’s design. Still at prototype stage, it will be on sale separately soon. Price £TBA.
